From the Taconic Pky. Northbound:

At the bottom of the ramp Left onto Route 202 West    
3 miles and Gym City will be on your LEFT.   (2121 Crompond Road)

From the Taconic Pky. Southbound:
Exit Bear Mountain Expressway - Peekskill (This is the Exit after Route 6)
At the end, you will see McDonalds.  Take a right onto Route 202 West
2 ½ miles and Gym City will be on your LEFT.   (2121 Crompond Road)                                                    

By Train
Take the Metro North - Hudson Line to the PEEKSKILL STATION
Gym City is a short 6 minute Taxi ride from Peekskill.
